This program has been settled by experienced teachers, holders of a teaching certificate from the Quebec Government. The educational part is directed towards acclimatation to beekeeping, as well as the development of products and by-products. Visitors can enjoy guided tours and video presentations in order to improve their knowledge. The openning of the bee hive is also available. In the production area, some premises have been fitted up especially to let visitors observe the staff as they work. A team of specialized employees lead these tours and are available to answer any questions about the bees or the different manufacturing processes.
