The meadery (hydromellerie) is the heart of the enterprise. The mead is elaborated there by an oenologist and a consultant chemist. Mead (honey wine) is an alcoholic drink obtained through the fermentation of honey and water. We have 8 varieties of meads. With its aroma and fruity, dry, semidry or vigourous bouquet, this ancestral wine goes best with the most simple or the most refined dishes.
