BOB HOPE'S FAVORITE MINT SAUCE

For this recipe you will need : 1 bunch of fresh mint, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, water, honey, salt, Worcestershire sauce, green mint jelly.

You can buy the « Verge D’or » honey wine (hydromel) at the Société des alcools du Québec. This wine is a semi-dry one and it is very popular. Since June 1997, the « Benoîte » honey wine is also available there, and more wines will be available soon.

Intermiel boutique is opened 7 days a week

from 9 Am to 6 Pm

Special schedule : From April 1st to December 24 th, the boutique is also opened Thursday and Friday until 8 Pm. (Closed Christmas and January the 1st )
